An event every week that begins at 5:40 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Twice per Week Classes: $40.00. 50 minutes of intense workout with barbells, dumbbells, balls, bands, and mats to strengthen your whole body. Core exercises are included in every workout. No need to be afraid of the weights – you decide which weights to used based on your current strength/fitness level. No two workouts are ever alike. Oh and we throw in a little cardio now and then to keep you honest!
