An event every week that begins at 5:40 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 26, 2019
Twice per Week Classes: $40.00/$60.00. Tuesday’s: All in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or Tabata style (20/10 for 4 minutes) water workout. The use of water provides between 4 and 42 percent more resistance than air due to the water’s viscosity, which creates resistance in all directions of movement. In addition, water provides a cardiovascular overload (needed for improvement) when combined with HIIT/Tabata style workouts. Thursday: Switch your workout up with a combo of water and land exercises in a cross training style boot camp. This challenging workout will put your strength and endurance to the test. Shoes are recommended for Thursdays workout.
