This 4 week class will focus on breath, posture, flow, integration, and rest. Based on traditional yoga principles, drawing from a variety of movement flow traditions. No experience is necessary. All experience levels welcome. A blanket serves as a good prop. Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members
