Senior Fitness: No charge.
This FREE class is sponsored by the Emmet County community Foundation and the RWC. Class is open to RWC members and non-members. Class routines include: warmup/stretching followed by cardio exercises, interval training and weights. Each class concludes with social time, treats and refreshments.

INVESTMENT

Twice per Week Classes: $40.00. 50 minutes of intense workout with barbells, dumbbells, balls, bands, and mats to strengthen your whole body. Core exercises are included in every workout. No need to be afraid of the weights – you decide which weights to used based on your current strength/fitness level. No two workouts are ever alike. Oh and we through in a little cardio now and then to keep you honest!

AM Drop-Ins

This is a Drop-In Class Only. Punch Pass for Members: $30/10 Classes. This class will change each Friday and will vary on land or water fitness.

Surf & Turf 2.0

Investment:

Twice per Week Classes: $40.00/$60.00. Tuesday’s: All in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or Tabata style (20/10 for 4 minutes) water workout. The use of water provides between 4 and 42 percent more resistance than air due to the water’s viscosity, which creates resistance in all directions of movement. In addition, water provides a cardiovascular overload (needed for improvement) when combined with HIIT/Tabata style workouts. Thursday: Switch your workout up with a combo of water and land exercises in a cross training style boot camp. This challenging workout will put your strength and endurance to the test. Shoes are recommended for Thursdays workout.

YOGAaah!

Investment: $30 members, $35 public

This class focuses on breath, posture, flow, integration, and rest. Based on traditional yoga principles, drawing from a variety of movement flow traditions. No experience is necessary. All experience levels welcome.

Group Cycling AM

INVESTMENT

Public / Group Cycling: $45.00 / $62.50. Great cardiovascular exercise class to torch some calories and build lower body strength. Enjoy the music as you work up a great seat. All fitness levels welcome. AM class is 50 minutes and the PM class is one hour. No prior experience necessary – instructor will fit you with a bike and you will be good to go.
